At ZebraInvest we bring property to life, working with select investors and lenders to develop both commercial and residential opportunities.

During 2021 over £6m of investment opportunities were carefully selected and purchases agreed. From office buildings to shops, listed buildings to retirement flats, ZebraInvest reviews all opportunities and invests to achieve a minimum 20% margin.

Our expertise lies in property acquisition and analysis, project management and development – the foundations of a dynamic adaptable business. Built on 10 years of property experience, ZebraInvest take a hands-on approach to understanding the commercial and residential market. Having seen and valued thousands of different properties – we understand what works, for buyers and tenants alike.

Through 2021 ZebraInvest acquired 26 units (including flats, houses and commercial conversion projects) all made possible by a small selection of trusted investors lending funds towards projects. Investors typically generate and earn interest exceeding that of a bank, or inflation.

Initially established on the South Coast, ZebraInvest focused on getting empty and problem properties back in to use – acquiring properties a typical mortgage buyer could not. Since moving to greener pastures, Norwich, the ethos of purchasing has remained the same – now converting unused commercial assets to re-purpose for residential use.

Previously to 2019, ZebraInvest acquired and developed 40+ properties across the South Coast – building property portfolios for landlords. Then creating an income focused 30+ South West London property portfolio (in locations such as Knightsbridge, Fulham and Hammersmith).
