At ZebraInvest our property investments create homes, whether it be  for a first time buyer, young family, young professionals or students. To achieve this we invest in co-living shared HMOs or refurbishing unloved houses. These two investment styles offer different types of return, the former long term joint ventures and the latter short term, on both on a loan or joint venture basis (dependant what best suits).

From dilapidated garages to unused land, old offices to empty retail units, ZebraInvest either purchase or work with owners to achieve planning permission for residential properties to become homes. Working with a team of select partners and professionals, we add value and achieve planning permission on a wide range of sites. Once planning is obtained a project to reviewed to suit the best exit strategy, whether it be build and sell or build to rent.
